We do not take reservations. Bloom is first come, first serve. Once you arrive, you may add your name to the waitlist. The host/hostess with give you and estimated wait time. When your table is ready, you will receive a text message and have 10 minutes to return and be seated. Please note, we do not accept call aheads, you must be present to add your name to our waitlist. We appreciate your patience and look forward to having you dine with us.
Automatic 20% gratuity is added to all parties of 5 or more.
We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and Apple/Google Pay. A maximum of two credit cards may be used per party.
Bloom is a neighborhood establishment and we are pleased to welcome children as part of your dining experience. Please note that due to the size of the restaurant and the comfort/safety of our guests we recommend leaving strollers behind. We do have highchairs.
To preserve the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted inside Bloom. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome.
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine; a corkage fee of $25 per standard bottle applies
Guests may bring an outside cake, a service fee of $20 applies.
We are on Doordash and Grubhub. Takeout orders can be placed on our website by clicking the button below or by phone at 408-345-2667.
To preserve the integrity of our dishes, menu modifications are not recommended.
For your safety, immediately inform your server of any food allergies or dietary restrictions, as not all ingredients are listed. Our staff is happy to answer any questions you may have.
We kindly ask that guests secure their belongings, as Bloom cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
To preserve the integrity of our atmosphere, Bloom reserves the right to decline service at our discretion. Our staff works exceptionally hard to provide a great dining experience, we ask that you treat our staff with kindness and respect.

Bloom does have an outdoor dining area located in the front of the restaurant. Pets are allowed on the outdoor patio.
Bar seating is for guests 21 years of age or order per California State Law, as we do have a full bar. Bar seating is part of the waitlist, please check with the host/hostess to be seated.
