Welcome to BLOOM! We are a new, modern breakfast and lunch bistro, with locations  in the heart of Santa Clara, CA and Downtown San Jose, CA. Our goal is to take America's favorite breakfast and lunch dishes and provide new, unique and healthy plates. Our inspiration is derived from sourcing local quality ingredients that are fresh and flavorful. We aim to take a minimalist approach while striving to also provide options that are Vegetarian friendly. It is all about bringing families, friends and members of the community together to celebrate life and love around a table. Bloom is a tribute to timeless recipes coupled with California cooking and warm hospitality.
