Our bartenders @alejandrobatarse and @antony_degado created a special craft cocktail menu that complimented the food perfectly! @kymberlyburkett did a beautiful job on all the floral arrangements and centerpieces. Thank you to @balutsilog for capturing this evening so beautifully! The staff also did a superb job making our guests feel welcomed and comfortable! Our Chicken & Waffles features a fluffy buttermilk waffle layered with our crunchy and juicy boneless skinless chicken thigh. Then drizzled with our signature spicy honey and dusted with powdered sugar! This fun dish is the perfect combination of sweet and savory! We recommend picking up a layer of waffle and fried chicken so you get the perfect bite! May be a little messy but definitely worth it 🧇🍗🧇🍗

🚨NEW CLASE AZUL🚨 We have added a new bottle to our @claseazulofficial offerings at Bloom Eatery & Spirits! The latest addition is the Limited Edition 25 year Anniversary Tequila!

So here’s the details 🗣️

The tequila created for this edition pays homage to the signature Clase Azul Tequila Reposado. Part of the agave used to make this blend was milled using a traditional stone mill called a tahona, a practice that dates back to the origins of tequila. In addition, the fermentation process was extended to accentuate the liquid’s citrus and fruity notes. This blend was aged for eight months in two different first-use American whiskey casks, each one imparting its own distinct and rich tasting notes. The decanter is painted in a distinctive cobalt blue color. Inspired by dandelion seeds being carried by the wind, its feathered motifs embody Clase Azul México's expansion across the world. Twenty-five of the brushstrokes that grace the surface of the decanter have been hand-painted in platinum; one for each year of Clase Azul's history.

So here’s the details 🗣️

The tequila created for this edition pays homage to the signature Clase Azul Tequila Reposado. In 1795 Jose Cuervo was granted the first license to produce mezcal wine in the Tequila region, and has since been linked to development and appreciation of tequila. They only use the best blue agave from the region. After it is harvested, they bake it antique ovens made of stone and clay. Once the agave has been baked, the sugars are extracted and it is double distilled. It is then aged in new American and French oak barrels charred to ensure a rich flavor and golden color. This meticulous process is what makes it so special and why it is called The Family Reserve!
